Doctor of Chiropractic
First and foremost, I am a family man. Our clinic is a place for patients of all ages.
I’ve been a Chiropractor here in Woodstock since 2017. Since moving here, I have come to love the people of Woodstock. I truly want to help you all function at your best so we can build a healthy functioning community.
I graduated from the University of Regina in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology - Human Kinetics. I then graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2016. For the last 10+ years I have also been a personal trainer and fascial stretch therapist.
Competitive sports has made a big impact on my life. I first developed an interest is chiropractic when I was playing volleyball for the University of Regina Cougars. I was injured during my 4th season and was able to fully recover through chiropractic treatments. This proved to me how effective chiropractic care is to healing! As I learned more about the profession, I knew that's how I wanted to help others.
You’ll find me with my wonderful family, or enjoying some quiet time with my fishing pole on a river somewhere.
I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. I discovered my passion for massage after earning my black belt in Tae Kwon Do, which sparked my curiosity about body movement and function.
My goal in treating every person is to create a safe and healing environment where my clients can better understand how their bodies move and recover. I’m passionate about continuously learning new skills and integrating them into my practice to provide the best care possible.
Registered Massage Therapist
I love reading, swimming, and hiking with friends and family. Lately, I’ve developed a new interest in forest foraging and have been enjoying learning more about it!
As an RMT, mom, and wife, I understand the way everyday life settles into the body…stress, posture, emotions, & movement patterns…and that awareness shapes the way I support every person who comes into my room.
I graduated from Humber College Massage Therapy in 2014 and have spent the last 11+ years working in clinical settings, supporting patients through tension, injury, imbalance, chronic pain and stress-related problems.
After years in Hamilton we decided to move our young family here to Woodstock to put down roots. Woodstock ha always been part of the family, and stepping into this community feels like returning home.
I have been a lifelong athlete, avid gym-goer, and yogi. Combined with my deep study of anatomy and the nervous system, my treatment approach is both intuitive and evidence-based. I pay attention to small details: how you breath, where your body holds tension, and how your movements patterns tie into your symptoms.
Registered Massage Therapist
You’ll find me in the home, cleaning or baking away with my kids and laughing with my hubby through the chaos of raising a young family. In my quieter moments, you’ll find me camping in the bush, in the gym under a barbell, in the hot yoga room, or walking outside with a hot coffee.
Registered Massage Therapist
I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since October 2023, with a strong background in movement, recovery, and performance-based care. I’ve been practicing Fascial Stretch Therapy since 2019 and thoughtfully integrate FST techniques into my massage treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term function. I work with a wide range of clients—from children to high-level athletes—I’m sports massage certified. Whether you’re dealing with everyday aches, recovering from injury, or looking to optimize athletic performance, my treatments are tailored to your individual needs and goals. I can’t wait to help you feel your best
I’m married and a proud mom to a son. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me powerlifting or doing CrossFit, reading and expanding my knowledge, spending time outdoors, or unwinding with Netflix.
Certified Pedorthist
Chelsea recently moved to the area from the GTA and has been in the field for a decade. Her love for biomechanics, injury prevention, and recovery was peaked in university while suffering from a few sporting related injuries.
I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2014 with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I then graduated from Western University with a Diploma in Pedorthics in 2017.
I work with you to assess your bodys needs and custom make braces and orthotics to improve your pain and your quality of life. I love helping people get back to doing the things that they love!
In my spare time you’ll find me with my family, my husband and 2 sons. I also love to play golf and spoil my golden retrievers.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
After growing up in the Kawarthas and spending much of my twenties living and working in remote communities in northern Ontario, I eventually returned to southern Ontario and settled in Oxford County in 2017. I truly value the small community I now call home, where I live with my husband and our two dogs — though “the north” will always hold a special place in my heart.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Lakehead University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2014. I then spent several years working primarily within the criminal justice system before pursuing my graduate degree at Yorkville University, where I earned a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I consider myself a lifelong learner and have also completed a college diploma at Sir Sandford Fleming College, along with various additional training courses throughout my career.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and straightforward. I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to let their guard down, prioritize themselves, and speak openly without fear of stigma. With both personal and professional experience within the first responder community, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by trauma-exposed professionals and their family members.
When I’m not working, I try to embrace work-life balance — “progress, not perfection” is my ongoing challenge. I love curling up with a good book or binge-watching a great series, and in the summer, I enjoy spending time in my gardens or near the water. I’m also a huge foodie and love trying new restaurants, often willing to travel far and wide for a great meal (recommendations are always welcome!).
