Psychotherapy
At Woodstock Chiropractic and Health, we’ve always focused on helping you feel your best physically. Now, we’re proud to expand our care to support your mental and emotional well-being as well.
We understand that stress, anxiety, trauma, and life challenges can affect both the body and the mind. Our psychotherapist offers a warm, inclusive, private, and safe space where you can speak openly and receive compassionate, evidence-based support.
Research shows a strong connection between stress, trauma, and chronic pain. Addressing emotional health alongside physical treatment can improve recovery outcomes and overall well-being.
Because true health means caring for the whole person.

What to Expect
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place in a private, confidential setting. Your first appointment focuses on understanding your goals and determining how we can best support you. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Together, we create a plan that feels manageable and supportive.
Frequency of sessions/treatments depends on several things (e.g. issues identified, other stressors, finances, etc.) which we will look at when we create our plan.
Insurance & Booking
Psychotherapy services may be covered under extended health benefit plans. Please check with your provider regarding coverage for Registered Psychotherapy services. We offer online booking or via telephone if you prefer.
